New place to call home. by Stephanie Garay

Well it's now been about three weeks since moving into the new place. I wake up to palm trees, the sunny sky and every thing is slowly coming together and it's feels good. Since arriving in our new neighborhood, we've been exploring and doing lots of antique shopping for our new place. We have had amazing luck with our new pieces from $30 to $100 the highest. We are taking the minimalist approach and even doing some DIY furniture pieces. Our bed frame was our first go at making something ourselves and it came out amazing! ( I was pretty impressed, although all I did was hold down some parts). Our dresser took us the longest to find, but we didn't give up and found the most perfect mid century modern piece. With everything almost done I'm excited to show you guys bits and pieces that make it home.

Red Rock Canyon by Stephanie Garay

Dan and I took a little trip away from unpacking last week and headed to Las Vegas. It was my first time there and the red rocks is where it's at. I loved the desert, plants and just how peaceful it felt (even with so many tourists). We had such an incredible day and the weather was perfect. We spent the day hiking and taking a ton of photos. If you've never been out there, you should totally put the Red Rock Canyon on your bucket list.

With the time difference and late nights, there was no doubt that I needed my coffee while I was in Vegas. I found this perfect coffee shop, Vesta Coffee Roasters, which is right up my alley. Thanks to Instagram, it's so easy to find cool places while you're on vacation. The vibe was super chill and the baristas were so nice! I love a good environment like that, it feels like a second home.

Our trip started out in Downtown Las Vegas, right on Fremont Street and only stayed there two nights. We then closed up the trip at the Stratosphere Hotel & Casino. We spent our time there relaxing and enjoying the last few days while trying to win some money. Our goal was to have fun and not take things to seriously. It was definitely an experience. I'd choose the desert over flashy lights on the strip any day.

A bit cheeky by Stephanie Garay

A perfect morning starts with glossier. I was super excited when they announced they were coming out with cheek tints. I was always curious whether they would do more with make up, since their go to is skin. The consistency of the new cloud paints Is exactly what I love when It comes to make up. A little goes a long way and the texture Is super light weight which I'm all for. Its build-able and seamless, giving you such a natural healthy glow. All four colors work for any skin tone and are beautiful.

On a more personal level my beauty routine consist of very little makeup. As I'm getting older less is more and I've always loved a natural makeup look. Glossier has everything you need if you're a chick like me and love makeup thats easy, build-able and perfect for everyday. Sadly enough I have yet gotten my hands on some of their other products, but I know for a fact I would love them!

So no bad vibes here, I'm completely In love with this product! I would highly recommend getting your hands on some.

Hello. by Stephanie Garay

Hi, hello and welcome to my first official post. I decided to keep things simple and let you guys get to know me, what I like and who I am.

Long story short...(or at least I'll try and make it a short story). I've been blogging since I was 21 and Zerotosixty is where it all started. Getting into the blogging world and seeing where it took me. I started zerotosixty as a place to share my knowledge with you guys. I'm a licensed hair stylist and make up artist. It was my go to place to share my tips and tricks with you, share my random thought and share all things beauty and fashion related. It was always an on and off again thing with posting new content and somedays I wasn't inspired.

I truly believe that everything around you matters in what you do and inspires you. I had my good and bad days, sometimes bad overcame the good. So it was really hard for me to put my head in the game. But things change and things happen and always for a reason.

I'm now 26 and soon to be 27 next month. I'm in a completely new head space and feel good where I am and I finally feel together. I have an amazing boyfriend who supports me and pushes me (you'll see him here from time to time on our travel adventures). In two months I'll be somewhere completely new from where I sit on my bed currently typing this and I can't wait.

I hope you tag along for whats to come and follow me else where to say hello :)
